Our Business Policies
At Iowa Bagpipe Supply our goal is to process and ship your orders quickly and accurately.
You can place orders online using PayPal or a major credit card. You can also call or email us.
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days. (Domestic Shipping Only)
* Low $6.99 flat rate shipping, or free shipping if your order exceeds $100.00 (Continental US Only)
Customers outside of the continental United States:
Please contact us by phone at 641-521-8181 or by email email@example.com to receive a shipping quote and to place your order. Orders outside of the continental United States will be shipped via Express Mail International. This provides informative tracking information that can assist in case the package is lost. We have found this to be the most economical in terms of delivery speed and cost.
Taxes & Duties
Packages are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Any taxes or duties applied to a shipment by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact the Customs office in your home country for more information on possible fees.
Refund, Return and Exchange Policies:
Iowa Bagpipe Supply wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, or if it's defective, contact us immediately so we can arrange a return or exchange. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, however.
*Please Note: Reeds are not returnable due to obvious health reasons.
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt for a full refund as long as the items are unused and still in new condition and are returned in the original product packaging.
Any replacement item shipped will be invoiced but not charged. If the original purchase is returned within 15 days, the appropriate credit will be issued. If not, the replacement invoice will be charged to the customer's account.
* Upon receipt of a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately and save all the packaging. Iowa Bagpipe Supply will make adjustment to your account for the cost of return shipping.
